Havering Parking Rules
Motorcycles are permitted to park free of charge in any available parking bay (motorcycle or car bays) located on-street and in Pay and Display areas.
Surface car parks now charge a flat fee of £2.10.
The borough of Havering covers scooter and motorbike bays in Chase Cross, Collier Row, Cranham, Elm Park, Emerson Park, Gallows Corner, Gidea Park, Harold Hill, Harold Park, Harold Wood, Havering-atte-Bower, Hornchurch, Noak Hill, North Ockendon, Rainham, Romford, South Hornchurch, Upminster, Upminster Bridge, Wennington and Ardleigh Green.
