You can request that your account and associated data for the London Bike Bays app is deleted by:

1. Emailing [email protected] with an email titled ‘Delete my data’.

2. In the email please provide your email address and UID number. You can find your UID number in the app by going to the INFO page. It is at the bottom of the page.

Your account and all associated data will then be deleted within 7 working days.

The data we hold includes:

– your email address
– the date you created the account
– the date you last logged in
– the way you created your account (Google Sign in, Apple Sign in or email)
